Because each CubiHouse model is custom-made, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we stand by our work and offer the following guarantees:

1. Order Accuracy Guarantee
If your model arrives damaged or differs significantly from what was confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund your order.
To qualify, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

2. No-Refund Policy on Approved Models
Once a design is approved by the customer and production begins, we are unable to offer refunds for changes in preference or incorrect details submitted.

3. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers but will help resolve any issues on your behalf.
