1. Custom Orders
All CubiHouse models are custom-made based on the information you provide. By submitting an order, you confirm that the details and images submitted are accurate.

2. Production Time
Production times may vary based on the complexity of the project. Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation.

3. Ownership & Use
The 3D model you receive is for personal or display use. All design files remain the property of CubiHouse unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment
Payment is due in full before production begins. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.

5. Communication
You agree to receive order updates and communication from CubiHouse via email.
